At Urban Planet, we want you to love your look, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Urban Planet account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
